PAYMENT METHOD
- We require 40% Down Payment of the Total Invoice as deposit at the time the order is placed, and remaining 60% after shipment upon receiving scanned or faxed copy Bill of Lading.
- We accept payment by T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) PAYPAL
- We are not responsibility for any charge in transferring process
MINIMUM ORDER
- We only accept wholesale order with Total value up to US$2,000
SAMPLE ORDER
- We cann't afford free Samples
- But sample fee will be refund when placing an order after the samples are checked.
- If you have any courier account for Collect payment (DHL/UPS/TNT/FedEx, etc),please provide us .
- For Sample order ,we normally send by UPS, or By Air

- Production time will depends on the quantity of your order and its complexity

REFUND
- When Down Payment is made, there is no refund or cancellation in this order
Blasted Drums
- During long period of transportation by sea , there might be some damages on the head of the Djembe/drums (blasted skin) .
- Please send us the photos of the blasted Drums after delivery of consignment, we shall send you the replacement of skins in your next order or as per your request.
- Inform us any other problems you might have during delivery of our djembe/drums and we will keep for future records
